Opening Day 2025 – 11th October 2025
Celebrate opening day on Saturday October 11th. Participate in the sail past, it would be great to have a big fleet out on the water. There will be a prize for best dressed vessel. Stay for a meal in the evening, please RSVP to the Secretary.
Cruise to CYCSA 8th – 9th November 2025
This is the 3rd year in a row that PASC will cruise to the CYCSA to join the CYCSA Cruising Association at their monthly club BBQ. There will be a limited number of complimentary berths available at Marina West for PASC boats on Friday and Saturday night. Available numbers are TBC but at this stage there will probably be around 12 berths for PASC boats. These are big berths so can fit around 20 club boats in. Once advertised berth allocations will be on a first in first served basis like the previous two years. All club members are welcome to attend whether by boat or car. Saturday night 6.30pm BBQ together – BYO BBQ food, drinks, plates and cups etc. The bistro will be open for an alternative. There will be some live music performed by CYCSA members which should provide a relaxed atmosphere. More information soon.
SA Cruising Rally 22nd – 23rd November 2025
At the recent Club Cruising Coordinators meeting held on the 23rd August which included the CYCSA, RSAYS, GYC & PASC, we decided to introduce into this season’s calendar what we are calling the ‘SA Cruising Rally’. Basically, we have chosen a weekend & a destination to encourage all clubs to cruise together to bring the SA cruising community closer together. Destination – Pt Vincent on the 22nd & 23rd November. Our aim is to fill the Marina & create a nice vibrant atmosphere. Spread the word, more information closer to the date.
Historic Cruise Port Victoria 6th – 9th March 2026
This landmark event celebrates 150 years of Port Victoria & Wauraltee history. With several Tall Ships expected to attend, it would be great to have a fleet of SA yachts escort them to Port Victoria. There are plenty of events planned both onshore & on the water over the weekend. More information to come soon. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly memorable. Spencer Gulf is calling you, so mark your calendars as this is a cruise not to be missed. This is not officially a club cruise but something the cruising coordinators from the major yacht clubs are working on to make happen. Hopefully we will get a number of yachties interested.
